A Few More Updates

For those of you that visit the site regularly you may have noticed a number of changes and additions taking place. There have also been a number of changes behind the scenes too. I'll highlight some of these here:
- First and foremost, we have a forum! Yes, if you head to this page you will be able to view our forum that will contain various discussion topics about the site and the band. You will need to sign up again I'm afraid, but it'd be most advised to use the same contact details as this site as if i can eventually use the same login you will know which details to use. So sign up and add to the discussion as you see fit.
- The gallery is arriving for the gig! I have the images, I will get round to editing them as soon as possible and hopefully either tomorrow, or sometime during the next week or two our newest gallery from the gig will be up and live for you to see.
- The homepage has been revamped. Not noticeably, really, but we have a random image generator that will change the homepage main image on refresh of the page so the site will look fresh after each visit. There are also some nice javascript roll-down sections if you hover over the small images of each of the band. Still waiting on one of them, but for the others just hover over the names with your mouse to see the blurb.
- Mass-Mail is up and running. I now have the ability to send out E-Mails to all of the members of the site (as long as you have provided a correct E-Mail address!). I will be using this to keep you up-to-date with the band and our next plans! I am adding a script to the gigs so that when we have a new gig you will be notified of that too. Expect that soon.
- New RSS Feed link. Yes, I have found the method of putting RSS in the address bar (in Firefox) as a link so that people who browse to the site know that we have RSS immediately. In IE 7 a link will be added below the address bar straight to our blog RSS. Quite a funky feature I must say!
I think that's everything. Thank you to everyone that has visited the site, and to all those that came to watch the gig on the 7th. Bear in mind that our next gig is scheduled for the 23rd February at the Dog And Partridge in Bare, so keep that date free and we look forward to seeing you there!

And, in addition to this I have created an archive of older blogs that (when we have them) will display old blogs that are outdated or no longer relevant. There is also now an addition to the comments system that will let the blog author know when a comment was made on their blog! Make sure to put the E-Mail addresses in correctly!
